No. We bring everything — commercial-grade products and equipment. If you have specific products you'd prefer us to use (e.g. eco or fragrance-free), just say so when booking.

Our 72-hour redo guarantee covers it. Tell us what was missed within 72 hours and we'll come back and re-do that area free. We've redone fewer than 1% of jobs in 7 years.

For weekly and fortnightly clients, yes — we assign you a regular cleaner. If they're ever ill or on holiday, we send a fully briefed replacement so the job stays consistent.

Bank transfer or card. Invoice sent same-day, payable on completion (one-off jobs) or end-of-month (regular contracts). We don't take cash.

All of Greater London — Zones 1 to 6. We can quote for further out (Watford, Croydon, Bromley) but a small travel surcharge may apply.
